Sherri Di Lallo

Sherri is Métis, a graduate of the University of Alberta, Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program. She is pursuing her Masters in Nursing as an Advance Nurse Practitioner.  One of Sherri's primary focuses while attending University and since, has been the promotion of Aboriginal health.  She is a role model; mature, motivated, organized and self-directed. Her passion has always been to ascertain and provide effective and sufficient health services for all people.

Sherri’s Recent Achievements:
  • Since 2009 she implemented and coordinates the Aboriginal Women Wellness Clinic with Dr. Badawi
  • In 2005 she developed and implemented the Aboriginal Prenatal Wellness Program in partnership with Dr. Hendriks at the Wetaskiwin Family Medical Practice Clinic
  • In 1997 she developed, implemented and administered the Métis Nurse Assess Program, in collaboration with Metis Nations of Alberta and Grant MacEwan College
  • She has facilitated various workshops for Dream Catchers Youth Conference
  • She is a Nursing Instructor for Grant MacEwan College and the University of Alberta
  • Sherri Co-Authored “Diabetes Information to Share With Your Family"
  • Coordinated the "Aboriginal Diabetes Wellness Program"
  • MOREOB (Managing Obstetrical Risk Efficiently) Core Team Facilitator
  • ALARM (Advances in Labour and Risk Management) Certified
  • Certified PRIMA (Pregnancy-Related Issues in the Management of Addictions) Facilitator
  • Eighteen Hour Breastfeeding Course




Wayne Di Lallo

Wayne has extensive experience in management;  Career Training, Adult Education and Hospitality sectors.  His effective, down to earth, methodical management style has developed many flourishing relationships with government, industry, First Nations and various inter agency colleagues.  His abilities to research, develop, implement, facilitate and evaluate programs are exceptional.  He is concise, organized and effective with both verbal / written communication.

Wayne’s Recent Achievements:
  • Member of Stanfords Who's Who 2011
  • Awarded the 2010 Wetaskiwin and District Chamber of Commerce Employer of the Year
  • The Wetaskiwin and District Chamber of Commerce AGM 2010 election resulted in an unprecedented 3rd term as President
  • Expanded Lokken's Central Alberta operations to eight funded programs resulting in the formation of an East Central Alberta Area
  • Developed Lokken's Career Development and Career Path Management experiential learning plans
  • In 1999 re-developed and delivered Grant MacEwan College Life Skills Coach Training 16 week outcome based curriculum
  • Continously implements and administers organizational development strategies
  • Specialized knowledge base includes; addiction, domestic violence, personal development and problem solving
